Lead Marketing & Communication (m/f/d)

About us
For the Media Elements Group we need support and are looking for a motivated Lead Marketing & Communication (m/f/d) in Berlin at the earliest opportunity.

Your Tasks
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies for Media Elements Group products and services in collaboration with product managers
  • Creation and development of marketing and sales materials to support our sales team
  • Provide cross-channel strategic and content support for our business communications such as social media, PR, Wesbites
  • Supporting agency services to be provided to our brand clients through contributions to market research, target group and channel analysis
  • Management of the marketing and communications team to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Completed studies in business administration, economics or comparable education with a focus on marketing / communications / digital marketing.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of practical work experience, preferably in a marketing department, agency or in an e-commerce company
  • Experience with SEA-relevant tools and technologies (such as Adwords / Bing Editor, Tracking, Bid Management, Google Analytics)
  • High online affinity, assertiveness and high quality standards
  • Very good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
  • Creative thinking and high written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick comprehension and structured way of working
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
