We need support at our location in Hamburg at the earliest opportunity and are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d)- Gaming

As a Product Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the growth of one of our successful PC & Consoles games, by channeling your strong product mindset to ensure you find a good balance between delivering fantastic player experiences and maximizing the revenue potential.

Your Tasks
  • You will define and own the strategic roadmap for an MMO game (PC & Consoles) to increase longevity of the product and reach milestones and KPI targets
  • You will take ownership of the KPI growth, Live Ops events and monetization, as well as set short- and long-term financial targets and business forecasts for the game
  • In order to better understand the game performance and players' behaviors, you will lead the analytics and insights of the game while partnering with stakeholders and internal teams (e.g. Community Managers, Game developers, Marketing and other departments)
  • You are responsible for the planning and execution of sales and promotions to increase the long term success of the game
  • You will estimate, prioritize, and measure the impact of game improvements, using sound data analysis, A/B test management, and the decision for the rollout of tested features
  • You will monitor, assess and continuously optimize the results of these actions based on data, KPIs as well as qualitative feedbacks
  • You are an experienced and passionate product manager who can demonstrate a strong track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction within the gaming industry
  • You have solid experience in and strong knowledge about both PC & Console games
  • You are an expert in free-to-play game business models and products
  • You bring a high affinity for games with reference to action MMO’s, interest in current game trends and market development
  • You have a strong monetization design understanding and expertise
  • You have a good sense of the market, you are in tune with player patterns, and understand customers
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of German language is an advantage

  • You have already successfully launched a game or have collaborated on a game launch
